Introduction
At GOTI ENGINE (PRIVATE) LIMITED, we strive to ensure our clients are satisfied with the services we provide. However, due to the nature of online services, certain conditions apply for refunds.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only if the service has not been started, or if the work delivered is incomplete or substantially different from the agreed-upon terms.
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds are not issued for completed services, delays caused by client-side inaction, or dissatisfaction arising from client misunderstanding of the service scope.
Refund Process
Clients must submit a written refund request within seven (7) days of service delivery. Each request will be reviewed by our quality assurance team within 10 business days.
Refund Request Validity Period
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) working days after service completion. Requests beyond this period will not be entertained.
Service Interruption Refunds
In rare cases where technical failures prevent service delivery, a partial refund or re-service may be provided.
Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed via the same payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
Dispute Resolution
If a refund dispute arises, it will be resolved through internal mediation before legal proceedings are considered.
Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days and the client will receive an email confirmation.
